A song based on a Buddhist concept 'Honin Myo'. Translates roughly as 'everthing starts from here'. There is always a way to restart, while learning from past mistakes. The character in this song is suffering from regret and is feeling isolated. He then decides to get out for a walk and starts to feel a whole lot better, not burdened by guilt.
This is a song of support for a dear friend who is bravely and successfully battling an addiction.
A song that has been with me in many different guises. I hope you like this version. Thank you so much to Morgan Stephens for permission to use the photograph to which I've added my logo.
A song for my brother who I lost a few years ago. About the precious nature of time and the realisation that the train is always there when it's time, always on the line.
About a really inspiring dog I met on the west coast of Ireland. He had a great zest for life and loved the waves that lashed the rocks. I wanted to be like him.

Wiritten during lockdown. Friendships became even more important.
This song was written in support of my 'Buddha Daughter' who was learning how to do DIY on her boat. The Butterfly is a symbol of Transformation.
This was written during lockdown when I thought the only way out was to get the necessary jabs.

This song is a call to action to protect our planet. All those glazed-eyed politicians need to see an optician because this decade is crucial with no time to lose! This song is a call to action to protect our planet. All those glazed-eyed politicians need to see an optician because this decade is crucial with no time to lose! I wrote this just before lockdown in the UK but then it was difficult to get into the studio so there was an inevitable delay. I finally finished recording it in the summer with the studio set up for maximum social distancing. Michael, amazing sound engineer and producer, had worked so hard to make this happen...what a guy! During the lockdown, like many other people, I found solace in nature and long walks. Connecting with nature more deeply only makes the central message of the song resonate more vibrantly.
